B.O.S.S. is an acronym that stands for
Building on Spiritual Substance, and was established
in 1985, by Al and Hattie Hollingsworth.
B.O.S.S. The Movement is a 20 week youth Christ-centered curriculum that targets youth, ages 7-19, over a 12 year period. B.O.S.S. offers four unique phases designed to train and develop youth as Kingdompreneurs, to live out Gods purpose and birth their God given dreams into reality. The curriculum has a 3-part class which includes motivation, poise and leadership, and business.
